BES offers three types of arrangement:
- Direct Sourcing -The scope here involves sourcing, selecting and processing safe entry of workers using the customers approved permit on foreign workers.
- Full Outsource – The scope here involves outsourcing, selecting, processing safe entry, providing accommodation, transport to work, arranging both, medical and insurance cover for the worker. The workers come under BES’S approved permits.
- Partial Outsource – The scope here involves sourcing, selecting and processing safe entry, accommodation work transport, medical and insurance covered by the customer. The workers come under BES’S approved permit.
